Tenant control for multiple Slack workspaces.
Earlier, customers could specify and allow access to only one slack workspace using the Slack tenant control. Organizational users who were members of other Slack workspaces were restricted access impacting their productivity.
With this enhancement, customers can specify a list of allowed slack workspaces instead of just one. This feature is only available with Slack Enterprise and Business + subscriptions.
Restrict access to Microsoft 365 Personal accounts.
Today, cloud applications like OneDrive from Microsoft support both consumer (personal) accounts and organizational accounts using the same URL. This means that organizational users who must access OneDrive for work can also access it for personal use, hence the risk of data loss. Although tenant control in Umbrella could restrict the tenants that users can access for organizational accounts, it could not prevent access to personal accounts.
With this enhancement, we have introduced the ability to block access to personal Microsoft 365 applications.
No customer action is required to enable this feature as it is now a standard feature on App discovery with this release.
More information on this feature can be found in Umbrella documentation. Slack, Microsoft 365
