There is currently an issue with Amazon Web Services. This affects customers who have enabled S3 Log Exports.
The exports will fail until the issue is resolved on the Amazon side.
After the issue is resolved, the failed logs will retry and be uploaded. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as we receive them.
Update: 2:00 PM PST - We are seeing the S3 export backlog processing and uploading again and the queue is slowly returning to normal. Amazon is reporting that retrieval, listing and deletion are fully recovered. They are still working on recovering new uploads to S3. Our public documentation at https://docs.umbrella.com has also had service restored. We are continuing to actively monitor until full resolution.
Update: 2:30PM PST - Service has been full restored and uploads of queued logs have been completed. This incident has been resolved.
