There is an option within the Umbrella Dashboard to enable 2 factor authentication (2FA), otherwise labeled as "two-step verification".
In the event that your two-step verification code (2FA) stops working, please reach out to support as they can reset it for you. Please note that support may ask you for additional details to verify your identity. These additional details may include the following:
- Your last login date
- Your last payment date
- Names of users that have access to your dashboard
- Type of Umbrella subscription for your organization
- Total number of seats/licenses that you have
- Components deployed (number of Roaming Clients, Virtual Appliances, AD Connectors, etc.)
