We have identified an issue in which customers using Cisco Umbrella resolvers may observe high latency receiving DNS responses or timeouts when trying to communicate with our resolvers, specifically when communicating with our London, Chicago and NYC resolvers. We started observing this issue around 6:20pm PDT 4/6/2017 / 1:20am UTC 4/7/2017.
This issue is resolved as of 8:41pm PDT 4/6/2017 / 3:41am UTC 4/7/2017.
