Date: December 6th, 2017
Impact: Cisco Umbrella are aware of an issue that caused Umbrella Dashboard logins to fail for some users on 6th December, with the following error:
- HTTP Error Code 500 during login
- "Invalid Audience" error during login
This problem only affected customers using Single Sign-On (SAML).
Resolution: The root cause has been identified and the issue has been resolved. The Umbrella Dashboard is available as normal. If you experience any further issues please contact our support team via umbrella-support@cisco.com.
