Impact: The Roaming Client identity page in the dashboard is intermittently failing to load. A refresh may be successful. The status of the clients on this page may not accurately reflect the current status of the client machines and any configuration changes applied from the dashboard may fail to sync to the clients until this is resolved.
Any Dashboard information relying on roaming client names or data may also be impacted.
The sync interval for roaming clients has temporarily been reduced from every 25 minutes to every 60 minutes to help mitigate the impact.
No other services are affected.
