You may notice that your AD integration status on your dashboard is all green but reporting is coming up incorrectly with the wrong AD user.
Though there are many reasons, one common reason is that the connector has lost WMI connectivity with the DC. When a DC is restarted, the connector will lose connectivity with the DC. Though the connector will reconnect to the DC once it starts up, it will not re-establish the WMI connection.
Restart your connector service by following these steps:
1. Stop the OpenDNS Connector service -> Click Start > Run > services.msc, click OK
2. Locate the "OpenDNS Connector" service in the list, right-click it and select "stop"
3. Locate the "OpenDNS Connector" service in the list, right-click it and select "Start"
