Sometimes when trying to create a new user you will receive the following error:
This error in particular will only happen when you are utilizing the Add a New Account button on the left.
In case there is confusion on what this means, it is that the account exists in our database already. Not that the account already exists within your organization.
This is most often encountered when a user is deleted from your organization and you're trying to re-add them.
Please note this feature is not available for the MSP console (Centralized Settings); however, the solution is applicable for your client/child organizations. If you are a MSP and experiencing this error please raise a ticket with us.
1. Click the button on the right (Invite an Existing Account)
2. Then enter the email address of the user you're wanting to add to the dashboard.
3. After you've successfully invited the user, they will receive an email in their inbox such as the one below. Once they click on the link and confirm the invite then will then be part of your Umbrella Organization.
