How do I resolve "Umbrella API Error. Code: 403. Error:" when trying to input the Umbrella API key in the Meraki Dashboard?

Issue

Meraki can be integrated with Umbrella by entering an Umbrella API key and secret into the Meraki dashboard.

In the Meraki dashboard: Network-wide > Configure > General > New credentials

To integrate with Meraki, an "Umbrella Network Devices" API key and secret must be used. This can be generated via the Umbrella dashboard > Admin > API Keys > Legacy Keys > Umbrella Network Devices > Generate Token.
