Starting on January 15, 2024, we will be implementing a new data retention policy for Cloud Malware event logs.
With the introduction of this policy, the retention period for logged events will be set at 12 months. Consequently, all new or existing events that exceed these 12 months will be purged.
If you wish to retain existing Cloud Malware event logs beyond the newly introduced retention period, you can export them by following these steps:
- Log into the Umbrella dashboard.
- Navigate to Reporting > Additional Reports > Cloud Malware.
- Click on the download button, located at the top right of the page.
