Activity Volume Report
In order to get a better understanding of the current security activity on your network, we're created the Activity Volume Report. This new report provides both a snapshot and a trend-over-time view of the organization's activities and is broken down into security categories, blocked due to category or domain list, and the allowed traffic.
You can run these reports for the entire organization or any identities over a configurable timeframe, providing ultimate flexibility.

The Activity Volume Report has two views: Snapshot and Trend over Time.
Activity Volume: Snapshot View
Snapshot gives the total security activity and content in a breakdown of percentage across security categories, content categories, domain lists and the unblocked requests. This view shows the total of each category broken down by four metrics:
- Total (of overall activity)
- Percentage (of overall activity)
The filters on the right-hand sidebar will restrict the total volume for each activity type. You can filter based on time period or Identity.
Within the security categories, you can expand each category for more detail.
Activity Volume: Trend Over Time
To get a more granular breakdown of the Activity Volume over a period of time, we've built a graph report to help isolate troubled time periods and drill down for more information.
The categories for each type of activity are along the top and can be enabled or disabled by clicking on an Activity Category name.
|The total activity of the network across all total requests is measured by the green line graph:|
The total activity of the network is relative to scale for Total Requests on the right-hand side of the chart. The Total Requests reflects the total number for the time period selected when running the report.
Each of the Categories is relative to scale for the Requests on the left side of the graph. Each bar represents one or more Categories—depending on what's been selected—for the time scale outlined along the bottom:
Note: The time scale selected for the report will change the relative scale for each bar in the chart.
Each bar for the time period is compromised of each of the categories, weighted by relative percentage. Here is the same Time Scale Report, with separate categories. You do not need to re-run the report in order to readjust the weights—just unselect the category.
