Umbrella for MSPs allows our MSP partners to upload a custom logo and co-brand the console. This logo will be visible to any MSP administrators and users created within a customer organization.
Set Up Co-Branding
- Navigate to MSP Settings > Dashboard Co-branding and click Add a New Logo.
You're able to upload an image, which will be automatically resized to fit within the console if it is larger than 200x82 pixels.
- Click Choose File and select your logo.
- Click Upload.
- Check Enabled, then click Save.
Your custom logo will appear in both the Umbrella for MSP console and the Umbrella dashboard for the org.
You may upload one or more images so to that you can easily flip between them, but only one can be enabled at any time. Enabling an image will automatically disable any other enabled logo.
Note: You can return to the original Umbrella branding at any time. Clear Enabled and click Save.
Create an MSP Login Page Co-Branding
To also create a co-branded login page, you may create a CNAME record and point it to msp-login.opendns.com. Once it's created, add the domain name of the CNAME you've created to the Dashboard Co-Branding page and your logo will appear when the login page is accessed via your CNAME.
