IMPACT: Logging into login.opendns.com was delayed by up to 4 minutes. Once logged in, the Umbrella Dashboard functions normally.
INCIDENT CLOSURE: 10:30am PDT. This was determined to be an issue with an upstream provider, who has resolved the issue on their end. Steps are being taken by our Engineering team to ensure that login is not dependant on this in the future.
