IMPACT:
This issue with our report data generation infrastructure resulted in delays to the real time reporting data in the Umbrella dashboard. Any report viewed during this time, including the report for Activity Search and Security Activity, would have displayed a delay in the reporting data.
For customers using the S3 Log Export feature, data for some or all devices reporting within your organization may not have sent to S3 automatically during this time.
ACTIONS:
This data may be recovered by manually generating a CSV report by following the instructions below:

Log into your Dashboard and Navigate to Reports.

On the left hand side, select the Activity Search option

Under the Filter by date section, select a Custom Date Range...

Input the times of the issue in your timezone, and click on the Run Report button.

Once the Graph is populated, click on the Export to CSV button in the Top Right hand corner

Please provide a name for the report, and if required, change the total number of records to 1000000.

Click Export to generate a copy of the data in CSV format, then click the Download button.

Once downloaded, the data can then can be merged with existing report data in your SIEM or in S3.
