IMPACT: On Tuesday June 7th at 10:00AM, OpenDNS became aware of an issue where Reporting Only Users are unable to review cloud services report.
Note that DNS resolution is not affected. OpenDNS is blocking malicious domains as usual; furthermore, activity searches and scheduled reports continue to function as designed.
ACTION: As a workaround, if the report is required, changing the permissions of the user from Reporting Only to Read only should allow the user to review the Cloud Services Report. Please note that users with the Read Only Permissions are able to also view the current policies that are applied to them.
UPDATE: 1:35 PM PST Tuesday June 7, 2016. The issue should now be resolved. Please contact Support if you are still having problems with the reporting only user.
