Insights Virtual Appliance - version 1.2.1

On July 15th, 2013 OpenDNS released a new version of the Virtual Appliance (VA) for Insights.

Summary

This release upgrades the operating system of the Virtual Appliance to Ubuntu 12.04.  It also contains several minor bugfixes.

Change Summary (1.1.11 to 1.2.1)

• Minor Change: Upgrade the VA's OS from Ubuntu 11.04 to 12.04 LTS
• Minor Change: Allow internal domains without a period in the domain name
• Minor Change: Improve the support tunnel connectivity test within the VA to ensure tunnel availability
• Bugfix: Fixed an infrequent issue that rarely caused the VA to lose connectivity and fail to restart

Note:  This release will be rolled out to customers the week starting July 15th 2013, and ending the same week.
