IMPACT: Customers in the US South East area may have experienced temporary latency in routing DNS queries to Cisco Umbrella (OpenDNS) due to an issue with our Miami Data Center. Based on our automated monitoring systems, our engineering team have identified the problem and temporarily taken this Data Center offline. Customers in this area will be automatically routed to a different Umbrella resolver in their region.
There is no action for you to take and all services are now functioning as expected.
