This September we are enabling Umbrella services in our newest edge data center in Seoul, South Korea.
All services will launch between September 9th to 13th.
Inbound traffic to the Seoul data center is controlled by anycast routing, so no customer action is required.
This new edge data center expands our rapidly growing Global Network. It is our 47th data center globally. Due to our innovative Global Cloud Architecture and anycast routing, each additional data center reduces latency and increases overall availability.
Also, while we strive to maintain high uptime for all of our data centers, our augmented routing solution seamlessly and automatically routes traffic to the next nearest data center if, for any reason, a data center is unavailable.
Update, September 9th: DNS is now fully available in Seoul. Secure Web Gateway is ramping-up over the next two days. IPsec tunnel headend IPs will be published later this week.
