Impact: Cisco Umbrella is aware of an issue that causes Umbrella Dashboard logins to fail for some users on 23rd January, with the following error:
- "The status code of the Response was not Success, was Responder"
This problem only affects customers using Single Sign-On (SAML).
Other services, including DNS resolution, are not affected at this time.
Resolution: The root cause has been identified and the issue has been resolved. The Umbrella Dashboard is available as normal. If you experience any further issues please contact our support team via umbrella-support@cisco.com.
Update: 20:15 UTC -- SAML login to the Umbrella Dashboard has returned to normal service.
