CHANGE SUMMARY (2.0.39 to 2.0.62)
CHANGE SUMMARY (2.0.58 to 2.0.62)

- Logging levels are reduced.

- Improved restoring local resolver list after disconnecting from a 3rd party VPN.

- Moved dnscrypt-proxy and libraries from "/usr/local/*" to "/Library/Application Support/OpenDNS Roaming Client/" where all of the client's files are stored.
- Updated installer to check for presence of dnscrypt-proxy and libraries in old install paths and remove them.
CHANGE SUMMARY (2.0.53 to 2.0.54)
