IMPACT: Customers were unable to obtain results from queries to the Investigate API. Some Activity Searches and Reports in the Umbrella dashboard might also have failed.
ACTIONS: No actions are required at this time. All functionality has been restored. Core DNS functionality was NOT affected.
Investigate API functionality was restored at about 21:45 UTC, February 27 2018.
Search and Reporting functionality was restored at about 22:10 UTC, February 27 2018.
