IMPACT:
We have identified an issue with the Umbrella Dashboard, causing it to be slow to load or time out altogether. DNS traffic to Umbrella resolvers and policy application is not affected at this time. Changes in policy settings may apply on a longer than normal delay.
Related Impacts: IP Layer Enforcement may not connect consistently. On MacOS, this may result in "VPN Error" popups.
ACTIONS:
Our engineering team is working on the issue. Customers do not have to take any action at this time.
