IMPACT:
We have identified an issue with a back end system that is impacting the normal operation of multiple services and features. The impact includes:
- latency/slowness in the Umbrella dashboard
- Active Directory changes will not be reflected in dashboard and policy
- delayed propagation of block page bypass codes and block page changes
- some IP Layer VPN connections are failing to establish. On OSX clients this will cause a pop up message.
DNS traffic to Umbrella resolvers and policy application is not affected at this time.
ACTIONS:
Our engineering team is working on the issue. Customers do not have to take any action at this time.
UPDATE:
2018-03-15 00:00 - This issue is still ongoing and under active investigation.
2018-03-15 17:00 - This issue has been fully resolved and all services are back to normal.
