Starting tomorrow, May 14th 2019, Cisco Umbrella will be rolling out a change to the Network Devices portion of the dashboard. This area of the dashboard is found under Deployments > Identities > Network Devices.
Largely, this change is a cosmetic one as we've added a cleaner look and feel. We have also resolved an issue that was present on the previous iteration of the page. Previously, some network devices would appear as "Active" when, in fact, they had not been sending status and their true state was "Inactive." No data from these devices would have been present in our reports.
With our new page, this is resolved and if you do have network device integrations, you may see some devices suddenly "Inactive" that were previously set "Active." In these cases, look to ensure the API key information on the device is correct, and that the device is otherwise correctly functioning.
