Overview
Under normal conditions, it would be expected to take up to two hours before a recently added SWG Roaming Module will show in the dashboard, and can be attached as a policy object.
In some cases, however, it may take longer, though this should not be typical behavior. If the device(s) are still missing from the dashboard after the two-hour mark, contact Umbrella Support for additional assistance. You can submit a ticket via email to umbrella-support@cisco.com.
