Not Seeing Reports in Activity Search for CDFW

Overview

By default, reporting for Umbrella's Cloud-Delivered Firewall is not enabled. You will need to manually enable the feature on each network tunnel to start receiving reports for CDFW policies.

Solution

To enable reporting on the Dashboard:

1. Go to "Policies" > Firewall > Select the Network Tunnel you wish to enable > Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side

2. Toggle the switch for Logging to enable
