This article is directed at users who are sending logs for the CSC. In some cases, the MDM profile may not push the admin email correctly. To resolve this, follow this guide.
Symptoms and Solution
The most common symptom is that logs will fail to send with an error saying there is no admin email found.
Solution: To correct this, open Settings, find the Cisco Security Connector, and enter an admin email as shown below. Then, send the logs to yourself and attach them to the support case.
