Introduction
You may have noticed that traffic from your newly setup SWG connection may not be showing on the activity search. Traffic is otherwise protected.
Explanation
This is because newly created identities (Network Tunnels, Anyconnect SWG clients) will take time to initiate its activity on our database for the first time. This typically can take up to 2 hours.
CDFW traffic doesn't have this restriction and FW-related traffic shows up almost right away.
If you do not see your traffic after 2 hours, please submit a ticket to Support and include the diagnostic result from the tests here: Troubleshooting Umbrella Secure Web Gateway: Policy Debug and Diagnostic Tests
