The purpose of this article is to define what is the expectation of throughput one would expect to get when using SWG.
In most cases, there should be no noticeable latency from using Umbrella SWG and our peering relationships off-set and often accelerate the web experience. If the SWG web experience is not acceptable, please contact Umbrella Support so that we can investigate and troubleshoot specific issues. Since many factors that can affect experience, our aim when we troubleshoot a connection is to investigate every part of the path to see if it can be optimized.
