For customers looking to protect unmanaged mobile devices, please refrain from importing a csv file if you have already imported identities using the Umbrella AD connector. Importing a csv file can cause previously imported users and groups to be wiped out, and this can cause enforcement of user/group based policies to fail.
If you have already imported a csv file and are seeing an impact on previously imported identities, you can restart your on-premise Umbrella AD connector and this will re-populate the identities from AD.
This is a temporary issue and a fix for this issue will be rolled out over the next few days.
